our story
Once upon a time in 2020, in a humble apartment kitchen, Chef Ben Peacock embarked on a mission to create delicious handmade buns with healthy, locally-sourced fillings.
Chef Ben, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, has journeyed from the opening team at Menton in Boston to being a private chef in Burgundy, France. He then served as the Executive Sous Chef at Woods Hill Table in Concord, MA, and went on to open Lily P's in Cambridge. He now manages Farfalle in Concord alongside Gina Nasson.
